We  provide  you  all  legally  available  options  as  per  TRAI  (Telecom  Regulatory Authority of India) to improve your services and business. There are three (3) types of sms services all over India. Please check below given details for more information.

Promotional  sms  –  You  can  use  promotional  sms  services  to  promote  your business / brand / services / campaigns etc.

• Send to any national mobile number.
• Do Not Disturb registered Numbers will not receive any sms.
• All Non DND numbers will receive sms.
• SMS can be sent 365 days from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm.
• Six digit random number sender id will be displayed on the message.

Virtual  No.  Facility  – You  can  use  this  service  when  you  want  to  send  any information   to   your   registered   or   white   listed   members   /   directors   / employees / doctors / dealers / distributors etc.

• White  list  to  be  generated.  When  a  number  registered  in  white  list, the number allows you / your company to send sms. White listed nos. will  receive  sms  from  you  /  your  company  only  and  not  from  every one if the no. is registered in DND.
• White list online control panel will be provided by us with your user credentials.
• Send to any national mobile number amongst white list.
• All nos. will receive sms – weather it is registered in DND or not.
• Six character Alpha sender id will be provided of your choice as per
  TRAI rules.
• To register in white list, client need to send sms “START your company name” to Virtual No.
• Our  Operator  has  provided  one  time  facility  to  register  many  nos. without  sending  above  type  of  sms.  The  auto  registered  mobile  no. will  receive  sms  for  successful  registration.  If  the  client  /  member  / doctor don’t want to receive sms from you / your company, he / she can send “STOP your company name” to virtual no. If the client don’t send  stop  message,  you  can  send  as  many  sms  you  want,  to  your clients / members / dealers etc.
• To opt for above type of services, you need to provide an agreement for taking responsibility of your numbers. Agreement write up will be provided by us.

Transactional sms – You can use this service when a fix type of sms to be sent from  you  and  the  receiver  is not  fixed  every time. Like  customers /  clients. You  can  also  send  sms directly  from  your  company  software  by  integrating our API / URL with your system.

• Sms template / format to be approved once.
• Once a sms format approved, you can send sms to any national mobile no. weather it is registered in DND or not.
• Sms formats can be many and no approval charges are there.
• Sms format approval process will require 24 hours.
• Six character Alpha sender id will be provided of your choice as per TRAI rules.
